摘要
建筑施工企业提高经济效,就要使工程项目成本得到有效的管理和控制,依据成本管理的条件、内容及采用与之相适应的成本控制方法,按成本控制的程序做好成本预测、计划、实施、核算、分析、控制,从多方面降低成本,得到利润的最大化。本文中从建筑施工企业的成本控制出发,探讨了提高经济效益相关方法。
To enhance economic efficiency for the construction enterprises,it is necessary to make effective management and control on the project cost,based on the cost management conditions,content,using corresponding methods of cost control,cost control procedures to do cost projections planning,implementation,accounting,analysis,control can reduce costs in many ways and realize profit maximization.The methods to improve the economic benefits are discussed from construction enterprises cost control.
