摘要
综述了水稻优质栽培方面的研究进展,气候、土壤、施肥、土壤水分及灌溉、种植密度、收获及干燥等环境、栽培因子对稻米品质和影响。优质稻保优栽培要求选择优良环境,合理安排播期,优化肥料运筹,科学管理水分,病虫草综合防治,适时规范收割等。对水稻全生育时期的环境因素进行监控,以期总结出环境因素对水稻生长发育、产量和品质的影响。
The paper comprehensively introduced the progress at the rice quality cultivation and the influence of factors such as climate,soil,fertilizer,soil moisture,irrigation,planting density,harvesting and drying,culturing to the rice quality.Quality rice cultivation asks for choosing of good environment,reasonable arrangements for sowing,optimal fertilization strategies,scientific management of water,prevention of disease,pest and grass and timely and standardized harvesting.The environmental factors of the full growth process of the rice are monitored to summarize the influence of environment factor to rice growth,yield and quality.
