摘要
４５周龄新扬州鸡种公鸡３２只，随机分成四组（同胞、半同胞仿随机区组设计），分别接受４种处理：基础日粮（玉米、豆粕型）；基础日粮＋０．２４％赖氨酸（Ｌｙｓ）＋０．１９％蛋氨酸（Ｍｅｔ）；基础日粮＋０．４９％Ｌｙｓ＋０．３１％Ｍｅｔ；基础日粮＋１．００％Ｌｙｓ＋０．５６％Ｍｅｔ。结果表明：日粮中Ｌｙｓ、Ｍｅｔ水平的高低对种公鸡的采精量、精液品质的影响差异不显著，对公鸡的体重及有效精子数有显著的影响。
New Yangzhou male chicken at age of 45 weeks were divided randomly into 4 groups(sib and half-sib were divided according to randomized block design),each was given one of four chosen levels of Lys.and Met,ration to test.The result shows that there is no significant influence(P>0.05)on ejaculate volume and quality of male chicken semen.In addition to the body weight and number of effective sperm(P<0.05)
