摘要
基于3D技术的热流道模具设计,主要介绍基于Pro/E的多型腔热流道模具设计流程。以手机后盖为例,通过对制件进行分析,初步确定模具总体方案。运用Pro/E模具型腔版块创建成型零件,在EMX5.0中加入模架及热流道系统等零件,并仿真开模过程。最后用Moldflow对设计进行分析并校核各参数设置。
Based on the design of hot-runner mold basing of 3D technology, the design process of multi-cavity hot-runner mold using Pro/ENGINEER was introduced. Taking the cell phone battery back cover as the example, first determined the overall scheme of mold initially after making an analysis of the part , then the core and cavity component was created by Pro/E. The parts such as mould base and hot runner system were added to EMX5.0, the opening process of mold was simulated to detect collision of the mould. In the end,the setting design was analyzed and the oarameters was checked with Moldflow.
