摘要
利用线性聚丙烯(PP)和有机化处理的纳米蒙脱土(OMMT)在双螺杆挤出机上用熔融插层法制备PP纳/米OMMT复合材料。通过在PP纳/米OMMT复合材料中加入少量的高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMS-PP),以模压发泡法制备了PP/OMMT和PP/HMS-PP/OMMT复合材料的发泡制品。利用扫描电镜研究了高熔体强度聚丙烯对PP纳/米OMMT复合材料发泡行为的影响。研究结果表明:HMS-PP的加入明显改善了PP的发泡性能,所得的泡孔密度增大,泡孔的合并现象明显改善。
The liner polypropylene/organically-modified nano-montmorillonite (PP/nano-OMMT)composite was synthesized by means of melt intercalation in twin-screw extruder. By adding a mount of high-melt-strength polypropylene (HMS-PP) to PP/nano-OMMT composites, the compress molded PP foams were studied by SEM micrographs. The results showed that the cell morphology improved obviously, cell density increased and the cell coalescence or rupture improved with the addition of HMS-PP.
