摘要
锻造车间进行开坯和锻造轴类零件时,通常使用锻件升降回转台进行锻件调头。该设备配备于有轨直移式操作机组中,并安置在操作机与锻造设备之间的地坑内。该装置可实现直径Φ300～Φ2600 mm、重量30～180 t的锻件360°任意角度回转。该装置采用了整体机架、水平和竖直碟簧组、滚轮导向、液压缸铰接,最大限度地缓冲该装置受到锻件的冲击力,保证了装置稳定性,延长了使用寿命。
The forging lifting rotary table is used to realize U-turn forging when breaking and forging axial parts in forging workshop,which is equipped with straight moving type forging manipulator,and placed in operation between the machine and forging manipulator.The device can realize forgings of Φ300-Φ2600 mm in diameter and 30-180 t in weight with 360° rotation at any angles.The whole frame,horizontal and vertical disc spring group,wheel-oriented hydraulic cylinder hinged were used in the device,which can maximum buffer the impact form forgings,ensure its stability and extend the service life greatly.
