5083铝合金弯头冷推弯数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:8

Numerical simulation and experimental research on cold push-bending of Al 5083 elbow

摘要 为成形高质量的5083铝合金弯头管件,采用有限元数值模拟方法对冷推弯过程进行了工艺模拟,模拟过程中研究了推制速度以及摩擦系数对成形质量的影响规律,并根据模拟结果对弯头进行了实际冷成形制备研究。结果表明,推制速度为4 mm.s-1、摩擦系数为0.06是优化的成形工艺参数。实际冷成形结果与模拟结果较为吻合。研究表明,控制推制速度以及摩擦条件是制备5083铝合金高质量弯头管件的有效途径。 To fabricate Al 5083 elbow with high quality,the process of cold push-bending was investigated by FE method.In the numerical simulation,the effects of push velocity and friction coefficient on the forming results were investigated.Subsequently,Al 5083 elbow was fabricated successfully based on the simulation results.The results show that the punch velocity of 4 mm·s-1 and the friction coefficient of 0.06 are optimal forming parameters.Furthermore,the practical forming results agree well with the simulation results.The investigation shows that control of push velocity and friction condition is the effective solution for the fabrication of Al 5083 elbow with high quality.
