摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法应用阿托伐他汀和复方益肝灵片为治疗组;单独应用益肝灵片为对照组,治疗12周,观察肝功能、血脂方面的变化。结果血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有不同程度的降低;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有所升高,达到有效值,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);肝脏功能也有明显改善。结论小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效确切、安全,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To observe the influence of atorvastatin on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients in curative effect and liver function.Methods Atorvastatin and compound yiganling tablets for the treatment group,yiganling tablets for the control group.The treatment had been carried out for 12 weeks,Then the changes of liver function and blood lipid were observed.Results Serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were reduced to varying degrees.High-density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased to effective value,and had significant differences compared with the treatment group（P0.01）.Liver function also improved obviously.Conclusion The treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by low-dose atorvastatin was effective,safe and worthy of clinical reference.
