摘要
梳理近30年来与国内腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床路径有关的文献,揭示其研究现状、发展趋势和存在的问题。国内腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床路径现正处于初级阶段,核心作者与核心机构群尚未形成,机构合作不紧密,主题分布不均匀。与国外相比,研究角度单一,研究深度不够,付费制度不完善。腹腔镜胆囊切除术门诊临床路径已经成为国外的研究热点。
The research hotspots, development trends and problems of the clinical pathway of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are revealed through sorting domestic and international literature. Domestic clinical pathway of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is at the primary stage, the core group of authors and core institutions are not yet formed, institutional cooperation is not close, and the theme is uneven. Compared with foreign countries, domestic study point of view is single, depth not enough, and pay system imperfect. Out-patient clinical pathway has become the hotspots in foreign countries.
