摘要
为了探讨菊藻丸治疗肿瘤的作用机制 ,观察了菊藻丸对免疫抑制小鼠天然杀伤细胞的影响 ,结果表明菊藻丸可降低环磷酰胺对小鼠天然杀伤细胞的抑制率 ,提示菊藻丸可能是通过提高或保护天然杀伤细胞的活性而发挥抗肿瘤的作用。
The influence of Juzao Wan on natural killer cells in immuosuppressive mice was observed in order to probe into the mechanism of this drug in tumor treatment.The results showed that Juzao Wan could reduce the inhibitory rate of cytoxan to mouse natural killer cells.It indicated that Juzao Wan inhibited tumor by increasing or protecting the activities of natural killer cells.
