摘要
目的:对比观察两种电位,为临床低频听力检测提供适宜指标。方法:将球形电极置于豚鼠圆窗膜上,引导出两种听觉诱发电位,即耳蜗电图慢成分( S W C- Ecoch G)和听觉早潜伏期 40 Hz相关电位(40 Hz A E R P- E L R)。结果:两种电位的共同特点是频率响应好,波形稳定,易辨认,反应阈值低;40 Hz A E R P- E L R 的振幅与声强始终成正比。阈值时略高于 S W C- Ecoch G,但差异不显著( P> 005)。结论:这两种电位为临床及科研的低频听力检测提供良好的客观指标。
Objective:Two kinds of auditory evoked potentials were observed simultaneously.Methods:The potentials were recorded from round window in Guinea pigs.Results:The common characteristics of the potentials were good frequency response,easy identification and lower responsive threshold.Conclusion:The experiment indicated that the responses provided ideal index for clinical auditory test of lower frequency.
