摘要
采用免疫组化和逆转录ＰＣＲ技术，分别检测甲状腺癌ｂｃｌ２蛋白及ｂｃｌ２ｍＲＮＡ表达。结果显示，２０例甲状腺癌中ｂｃｌ２蛋白阳性１４例；８例良性甲状腺肿瘤及８例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ′病均阴性。１２例甲状腺癌新鲜手术标本中８例ｂｃｌ２ｍＲＮＡ表达阳性，而其癌旁组织ｂｃｌ２ｍＲＮＡ表达阴性。结果表明，ｂｃｌ２蛋白及ｂｃｌ２ｍＲＮＡ异常表达与甲状腺细胞凋亡减少有关，在甲状腺癌发生中起一定作用。
Using immunohistochemical staining method and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR),we analyzed the expression of bcl 2 protein and bcl 2 mRNA in thyroid carcinomas.The results showed that the expression of bcl 2 protein in 14 thyroid carcinomas were positive,and in 8 benign thyroid tumors and 8 Graves′ disease it was negative.The expression of bcl 2 mRNA was positive in 8 thyroid carcinomas.It suggests that excessive expression of bcl 2 protein and bcl 2 mRNA are involved in apoptosis of thyroid cell and thyroid carcinogenesis.
