摘要
目的调查中年高血压患者疾病自我管理知识、态度、行为状况,并提出护理干预措施。方法采用自设的高血压患者疾病自我管理知、信、行状况调查问卷,对100例中年高血压患者进行调查。结果中年高血压患者疾病自我管理相关知识标准分为(76.03±15.97)分,态度标准分为(84.00±13.26)分,行为标准分为(54.28±21.81)分。仅有28.00%的患者服药依从性佳。结论中年高血压患者在疾病自我管理知识、态度、行为方面的表现较差,应加强对其自我管理的教育力度,帮助其树立正确的健康信念,促进高血压的有效控制。
Objective To investigate the status of the knowledge, attitude and behavior of disease self - management in the middle - aged hypertension patients and to propose some related nursing interventions. Methods A total of 100 cases of middle - aged patients with hypertension were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire of knowledge, attitude and behaviors of disease self - management. Results The standard scores of the knowledge, attitude and behavior were （76.03 ± 15.97）, （84.00 ± 13.26） and （54.28 ± 21.81 ） respectively. Only 28.00% of the patients had relatively good medication compliance. Conclusion The middle - aged patients with hypertension do not perform well in disease self - management. It is suggested to strengthen the education of hyper- tension self- management and help patients to establish correct health belief,thus promoting effective control of hypertension.
