摘要
甬江沉管隧道是我国最早建设的沉管隧道,处于淤泥质软土地层和大回淤感潮河段。该隧道在安全运营11年后,对包括沉管裂缝、引道结构裂缝及渗漏水、引道横撑结构缺陷、路面结构、隧道排水系统等土建设施进行了大修设计和施工,并对通风、照明等机电系统进行了全面升级改造,同时针对备受关注的沉管段沉降安全问题提出了沉降控制策略。通过大修工程的实施,改善了隧道的运营条件,提高了隧道结构的安全性和耐久性。
Embedded in soft silt stratum and located on a big backsilting tidal river section,Yongjiang immersed tube tunnel has been the first immersed tube tunnel built in China.After eleven years' safe operation of the tunnel,an overhaul design was made on civil engineering facilities with respect to cracks of immersed tube,structural cracks,water inflow and structural faults of transverse bracings on approach sections,pavement structure and tunnel drainage system.Mechanical and electrical systems including ventilation and lighting devices etc.were upgraded fully.Meanwhile,settlement control strategy was adopted in order to solve the settlement problem for immersed tube section.Through execution of overhaul project,the operation condition of the tunnel has been improved and the safety and durability of tunnel structures have been enhanced.
