摘要
通过离子交换法制备了铁柱撑蒙脱土(Fe-MMT),以硫酸改性得到SO42-/Fe-MMT固体超强酸,并用FT-IR和XRD对其进行了表征。研究了它对合成柠檬酸三辛酯的催化行为,结果表明,160℃时,当n(柠檬酸)∶n(正辛醇)=1∶4,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的15%,反应4h,酯化率可达97.0%。
An iron pillared montmorillonite(MMT) is prepared by ion exchange,and is modified by H2SO4 to achieve the SO2-4/Fe-MMT solid super acid.It is characterized by IR and XRD.Trioctyl citrate is synthesized using SO2-4/Fe-MMT as catalyst.The results indicate that temperature of the reaction is 160 ℃,the molar ratio of citrate acid to octanol is 1∶ 4,the weight of catalyst is 15% of citrate acid and the reaction time is 4 h,the yield of trioctyl citrate has reached 97.0%.
