摘要
目的：探讨不明原因早期自然流产患者蜕膜中淋巴细胞表面CD3、CD4、CD8分化抗原簇的表达。方法：以10例正常妊娠早期人工流产的健康孕妇作为对照组，采用间接免疫荧光标记及流式细胞计数的方法，对10例患者蜕膜组织中的淋巴细胞表面三种分化抗原簇的表达进行了检测。结果：实验组与对照组相比较，蜕膜淋巴细胞表面CD3、CD4、CD8的表达未见显著性改变（P均＞0．05），但CD4+／CD8+比值显著升高（P＜0．005），分别为1．81±0．07、1．71±0．13。结论：不明原因早期自然流产患者蜕膜淋巴细胞表面CD4+／CD8+比值发生了改变，这或许可作为判断妊娠能否正常进行的一项重要指标．并为研究此种疾病的免疫学发病因素提供了一定的实验室依据。
Objcctivc: To analyse the cxpressions of CD3 CD4 CD8 on the surface of decidual lymphocytesfrom Patients with unexplained spontancous early abortion. Methods: Ten healthy pregnancy women as control andten patients cnrolled for study. To observe the cxprcssions thiough the metheds of indirected immunofluresccnce la-beling and flow cytometry. Results: Comparcd with control group, the proportions of CD 、CD、 CD deciduallymphocytes from patients have no significant changes (P > 0. O5 all); but the ratio of CD/CD increasesgreatly (P < 0.005 ). Conclusion: The ratio of CD /CD decidual lymphocytes from patiens has changed, per-hapes it is likcly to be thc important item to determine the normal pregnancy, and adds experient proof to the im-munological factors of this discase.
