摘要
针对稠油低凝点、高黏度的特点,以稠油凝点、泵提供的压力上限、规定的启动时间及管道末端的流量为约束条件,建立了稠油管道安全停输时间的数学模型。给出了其相应数值计算方法,并以辽河油田盘锦线稠油长输管线为例计算其安全停输时间。计算的安全停输时间与实际安全停输时间相对误差不超过10%,可以认为建立的稠油管道安全停输时间数学模型及数值计算方法可行。
In view of the characteristics of heavy oil of low-freezing and high viscosity,the calculation model of the safe shutdown time of heavy oil pipeline was setted up under the restrictions of heavy oil low-freezing.The pressure upper limit of pump,the prescript restarting time and the flow rate at the end of pipeline,the numerical calculation method was given.Meanwhile,taking the heavy oil long-distance pipeline of Panjin pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield as an example to calculate the safe shutdown time,the result shows the relative error between the calculated and practical values of the safe shutdown time is no more than 10%,which proves that the calculation model of the safe shutdown time of heavy oil pipeline and the numerical calculation method are feasible.
