摘要
目的:通过与教育各界人士的访谈,了解目前青少年生殖健康存在的问题,并对教育的必要性进行探讨。方法:采用面对面个人深度访谈的定性调查方法。结果:从性的社会性、青少年的心理需求、传统教育与新理念的冲突、宣传教育的主流导向等方面,分析当今青少年在生殖健康方面面临的风险和问题,如早恋、早孕、人际关系困难和青春期心理健康问题等。结论:了解当今青少年所面临的生殖健康问题,让我们认识到了为青少年提供生殖健康教育的必要性和迫切性。建议教育者要从青少年的视角看待实际出现的问题,以防疏代替拦堵的教育理念开展青少年生殖健康教育。
Objectives：To explore the current reproductive health problems among the teenagers via discussing the issues with the public educators from different divisions.Methods：The quantitative In-depth interviews were employed.Results：The risks and problems that the teenagers might be faced,such as premarital sex experience,early pregnancy,interpersonal relationship problem,and adolescent psycho-health problem,were analyzed,in terms of the social aspect of sexuality,adolescent psycho-demands,the conflict between traditional education and new concepts,as well as the essential guidance of the public education.Conclusion：The necessity and urgency of the teenage RH education were addressed while understanding the problems that the teenagers faced.It is suggested that the educators should treat the current problems from the adolescents’ point of view,and adopt the new education concept in the teenage reproductive health education.
