摘要
目的:探讨舍尼通联合左氧氟沙星治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将85例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组40例,治疗组给予舍尼通每次1片口服,每日2次,左氧氟沙星0.1g口服,每日2次;对照组只给左氧氟沙星0.1g口服,每日2次。两组治疗周期均为6周。结果:治疗组治愈17例,显效15例,好转9例,总有效率91.11%;对照组治愈10例,显效9例,好转10例,总有效率72.50%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舍尼通联合左氧氟沙星治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广和应用。
Objectives：To explore on the therapeutic effects of cernilton in combination with levofloxacin in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods：Eighty-five type III prostatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group were given oral administration of cernilton and levofloxacin,while the control group were only given levofloxacin.The treatment lasts for 6 weeks for both groups.Results：The treatment group showed an overall efficiency rate of 91.11%,the control group showing the rate of 72.50%.There is significant differences in the overall efficient rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cernilton in combination with levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of type III prostatitis.Its clinical application deserves to be promoted.
