螺旋CT动脉造影在糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞性病变中的应用 被引量:10

The clinical application of spiral CT (SCT) angiography in diagnosis of diabetic lower limb arterial occlusive disease

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT动脉造影(CTA)在糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞性病变中的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对27例糖尿病伴下肢不适的患者行CTA检查,范围腹主动脉远段至足底,层厚5 mm,螺距1.375,重建层厚1.25 mm,重叠50%,对比剂量100~150 ml,注射速率3.5 ml/s,对全部图像行最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)和多平面重组(MPR)后处理并进行评价。结果所有病例血管重建图像显示良好,病变血管表现为管腔不规则、单发或多发狭窄或闭塞、局部侧支血管形成、部分管壁钙化等。结论 CTA可准确地显示糖尿病血管病变情况,有效地指导临床治疗,有显著的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of SCT angiography for lower limb artery occlusive disease. Methods 27 cases clinlcally suspected as diabetic arterial occlusive disease of lower extremity received SCT angiography. Results In 27 cases the lower limb arterial occlusive lesions were successfully demonstrated. The pathological changes in SCT included irregularity of vascular lumen,single and/or multiple stenosis and occlusion, collateralization and calcification. Conclusion Spiral (2T is valuable for demonstrating diabetic arterial occlusive lesion in lower extremity.
