摘要
目的探讨原发性遗尿症患儿的护理方法,提高患儿和其家属的生活质量。方法根据原发性夜间遗尿症患儿的不同临床症状采取不同治疗护理方案,主要内容包括用药指导、心理护理等。结果经过精心的治疗和护理取得良好的治疗效果,本组治愈18例,好转7例,无效1例。结论原发性遗尿症通过正规的治疗和护理是可以得以改善或趋向正常化的。
Objective Primary enuresis disease affects children＇s physical and mental health and quality of life,and bring serious trouble to his family.Methods opt-in 26 cases of recurrent night enuresis children according to its different clinical symptoms and adopt different treatments includeing medication guide and psychological care.Results After careful treatment and nursing good therapeutic effect was obtained.Conclusion primary enuresis disease through regular treatment and care can be improved or toward normalization.
