摘要
目的探讨浅静脉留置针穿刺患者的最佳进针方法。方法选择神志清楚的需要穿刺浅静脉留置针的患者80例,随机分为A组(研究组)和B组(对照组),A组采取正面50°进针,B组采取侧面15°进针,比较两种不同进针方法对患者疼痛的影响。结果正面50°进针比侧面15°进针成功率高(P<0.05),正面50°进针较侧面15°进针疼痛度低。结论与侧面15°进针组比较,正面50°进针组患者穿刺疼痛度低,成功率高。
Objective To search for the best needle method of patients with superficial venous indwelling needle.Methods 80 cases of conscious patients with superficial venous indwelling needle were chosen and were divided into A group（study group） and B（control group） randomly,of which A group of 50° to the front needle,B group of 15° to the side needle,and were compared.Results The positive of 50° needle had a higher success rate（P〈0.05） than the side of 15° needle,and less pain as well.Conclusions The study group had lower pain and a high success rate compared with the control group.
