摘要
慢性胰腺炎的外科治疗效果明确,但仍然存在一些难点。主要包括胰头肿块型慢性胰腺炎的手术策略和外科手术与内镜治疗的选择两个方面。前者需要规范诊治流程、力争获得病理诊断、甚至组织专家会诊以资鉴别。后者则需注重手术与内镜的协作、严格掌握操作适应证。总之,慢性胰腺炎的治疗应当以缓解患者症状、纠正并发症和提高生活质量为目的。根据患者情况选择个体化的治疗方式,注意外科手术与内镜治疗的配合互补,以期达到更好的治疗效果。
Surgical resection is the most effective procedure for chronic pancreatitis.However,the surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis with a mass in the head of the pancreas is still difficult and the choice between open surgery and endoscopic treatment for chronic pancreatitis remains controversial.Following the standard procedure of diagnosis and treatment,pathologic diagnosis and expert consultation are helpful for the selection of surgical strategy.The cooperation of open surgery and endoscopic treatment are advocated and the indications of operation procedures should be followed strictly.In summary,the treatment of chronic pancreatitis should aim at the alleviation of clinical symptoms,the correction of complications and the improvement of life quality.Establishment of individual treatment schemes,and the cooperation of surgery and endoscopic treatment could improve the treatment of chronic pancreatitis.
