摘要
跨国公司在华R&D区位的选择一直是学者关注的热点。许多学者从实证的角度分析了跨国公司在华R&D区位选择的决定因素。本研究把跨国公司在华设立研发机构的时间划分为三个阶段,并以跨国公司研发体系和研发功能的演化为支撑,总结出跨国公司在华R&D区位的演化规律和决定因素的变化规律,并得出结论:跨国公司在华设立研发机构的区位决定因素随跨国公司在华研发体系与研发功能的演化日益复杂化;在不同的研发体系和研发功能中,经济因素、科技因素和环境因素在区位决定因素中的重要性也不同。
The R＆D location selection of muhinational corporations in China has always been a hot topic. Many scholars have analyzed the R＆D location selection determinants of muhinational corporations in China using the empirical analysis. The R＆D investment in China is divided into three stages in this study. Supported by the R＆D system and function of the multinational corporations, the laws of the evolution of R＆D location decision and the determinants＇ changes are summed up. And the conclusion that the location decision determinants of multinational corporations in China have been increasingly complex with the evolution of R＆D system and B.＆D function is drawn. With the different R＆D system and R＆D function, the importance of economic, technological, and environmental factors is also different.
