摘要
文章在讨论学科馆员的概念、产生背景、职责的基础上,结合国内高校开展学科馆员的实践及胜任力冰山模型,提出高校图书馆学科馆员胜任力模型,包括知识、能力、工作态度、意识等四个维度,各维度又包含若干胜任力特征,为高校图书馆进行学科馆员实践提供理论依据。
Based on the discussion about the concept,the background and the responsibilities of university subject librarian,this paper,combing the practice of the university subject librarian in the universities of China and competencies iceberg model,puts forward the competency model of university subject librarian including four dimensions of knowledge,ability,work attitude and consciousness.Each dimension of the model contains several factors of competency characteristics.The competencies iceberg model in the paper can supply theoretical basis for the practice of university subject librarian system of China.
