摘要
文章在系统分析高校科技创新功能的基础上,从历史与哲学的视角阐述了高校图书馆功能的提升是在传统价值的基础上,解决科技创新需求与图书馆传统功能之间矛盾与冲突的过程。
Based on a systematical analysis of university science and technology innovation functions,this paper,from the viewpoint of history and philosophy,describes that promoting the functions of university libraries based on traditional value is to solve the contradictory between the demands of university science and technology innovation and traditional functions of university libraries.
