多孔钽棒治疗股骨头坏死的研究现况 被引量:11

摘要 股骨头骨坏死是一种多病因学说、多病理机制,最终导致骨髓细胞缺血和骨细胞坏死的多因素疾病。目前关于本病的治疗方法很多,主要分为非手术疗法、保髋手术和关节置换三大类治疗措施。本病最常发生于20~40岁年轻患者中,如果初次行全髋关节置换术,那么该患者在未来的生活中大多需要行髋关节翻修改善关节的功能。因此在股骨头塌陷之前,
