糖尿病伴发真菌性肺炎1例报告

摘要 1．1病例介绍：患者女，24岁，医院护士，因发热4d，喘息伴咳嗽咯痰2d于2010年6月15日入院。患者缘于入院4d前受凉后出现发热，最高体温达39．5℃，无寒战，无咳嗽、咯痰，在当地医院以“急性上呼吸道感染”行抗炎治疗（哌拉西林舒巴坦钠）2d，病情未见好转。2d前患者症状加重，有明显的喘息，活动耐力明显下降，伴有明显的咳嗽及轻度略痰，咯黄白色痰液，量少，较为粘稠，在当地医院行胸片检查及肺部CT检查示双肺部大片实变影，以右肺部为著，
