摘要
目的:探讨助理护士角色转变后的心理变化,分析解决其存在的心理问题。方法:对100名助理护士进行问卷调查(不记名),并对问卷调查进行心理学分析。结果:助理护士的心理健康水平低于一般人群,存在焦虑、抑郁、偏执等心理问题。结论:采取相应措施进行心理辅导,缓解减轻其心理压力,提高助理护士的心理健康水平。
Objectlve To explore the psychology changes of nurse aides after the role - reversal. To analyze and solve the psychology question. Method Conduct a questionnaire to 100 nurse aides （bearer） ,and make an psychology analysis to the questionnaire. Results The psychology condition lever of the nurse aides is lower than the general population. They are more anxious, gloomy and paranoid. Conclusion Corresponding measures are adopted to psychological counseling to relieve and reduce the mental pressure, this can improve the mental health of the nurse aides.
