慢性心力衰竭合并贫血的临床研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 慢性心力衰竭（CHF）已经成为全球关注的公共卫生问题，近年来，随着血管转化酶抑制剂及8受体阻滞剂的规范应用及心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）盼广泛推广，患者的临床症状及生活质量已明显得到改善，心衰的死亡率下降8％，但CHF的远期治疗效果仍欠佳。近年来，CHF与贫血的关系逐渐得到重视，二者在疾病的进展过程中互为因果，提高了治疗难度。心衰常合并肾功能障碍，如与贫血同时存在时对CHF的的死亡风险会产生叠加作用。本文就CHF与贫血、肾功能不全的定义、发病机制、及治疗进展做了简略介绍。
