摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜术中困难和并发症的原因及防治体会。方法:回顾性分析我院应用输尿管镜技术治疗各种输尿管疾病的760例患者临床资料。结果:因输尿管损伤致输尿管镜无法进入中转开放手术24例,其中未找到输尿管开口2例,输尿管穿孔14例,结石上移8例,未发生输尿管黏膜撕脱及大出血的病例。结论:加强术前培训,熟练操作技巧,严格掌握好手术适应证,是减少并发症和失败率的关键。
Objective To analyze the dfficulties of ueteroscopy and prevention of its complications. Method A total of 760 patients accepting rigid transurethral ureteroscopy from 2002 were evaluated retropspectively. Results Aatong 760 cases ,24 cases were found difficulties during transurethral uretcroscopy, and were converted to open surgery. The cause of converting to open included ： ureteral orifice of 2 patients could not be found,ureter perforation oceurred in 14 patients ,stones shifted to renal pelvis in 8 patients. Conclusion There are more difficulties and complications during ureteroscopy at early stage. Strictly mastering surgleal indleatlons,strengthenlng preoperative training, mastering the surgical technique is the key to reduce the failure rate and complications of ureteroscopy.
