摘要
目的：了解24例人工全髋关节置换术的中期疗效。方法：对1998年～2000年期间行人工全髋关节换术的24例患者进行随访。结果：均为优，随访期以内Harris评分为92．4，1例髋关节发生异位骨化。结论：笔者认为人工髋关节置换术中期疗效满意。
Objectlve To describe the middle - term results of the total hip replacement （THR） of 24 cases. Method Twenty - four cases underwent THR were reviewed for an average time of nine -year follow- up. Results Based on Harris hip score ,24 cases got excel- lent and good results. The patients during follow - up period got 92.4 Harris. Scores. Heterotopic ossification was present in 1 case. Conclusion It is considered that the middle -term effect of the total hip replacement is encouraging.
