含镁添加剂用于铁矿球团的试验研究 被引量:21

Experimental Study on Application of Mg-Bearing Additives in Iron Ore Pellet

摘要 应用含镁添加剂,并配以膨润土,对铁矿球团进行了实验室试验。试验研究表明:添加轻烧白云石和镁砂对提高生球质量能起到一定的促进作用,而镁橄榄石的影响较小;随着添加剂用量的增加,三种球团矿的抗压强度均显著降低,其下降幅度由大到小依次为镁砂球团、轻烧白云石球团和镁橄榄石球团;适当提高焙烧温度,延长焙烧时间,有利于提高球团的抗压强度。另外,冶金性能研究也表明:随着添加剂用量的增加,球团还原度和软熔性能有一定提高,低温还原粉化和还原膨胀性能显著改善。 Laboratory tests of iron ore pellets were carried out by using magnesium additives and bentonite. The tests results showed that, adding lightly calcined dolomite and magnesia is helpful to improve green ball quality while forsterite has little effect. With the increase of additive content, the compressive strength of the three kinds of pellets were significantly lower, the strength declines in order of magnesia pellets, lightly-calcined dolomite pellets and forsterite pellets. Increasing firing temperature properly and prolong firing time are helpful to improve the compressive strength of pellets. In addition, the results of metallurgical performance tests showed that, with the increase of additive content, pellet reducibility and softening-mehing properties are increased properly, meanwhile, reduction degradation index(RDI)and reduction swelling index(RSl)are improved remarkably.
