摘要
从电力监管机构的角度出发,提出采用博弈论确定实时输电定价的方法。设计了一种激励机制模型,该机制使得电网企业和用户主动揭露出其真实的经济信息;运用贝叶斯双边拍卖模型计算出最优的实时输电电价,实现电网企业和用户双方利益的最大化;通过简单算例模拟出不同用户的实时输电电价。
From the perspective of power regulators,this paper proposes a real-time transmission pricing method based on game theory.Firstly,an incentive mechanism model is designed to stimulate grid enterprises and users to expose their true cost information;Secondly,users′ optimal real-time transmission price is calculated by the use of the double auction Bayesian model to maximize the profit for both grid enterprises and users;Finally,the real-time transmission price for different users are simulated by simple calculation examples.
