γ射线对水溶液中赭曲霉毒素A降解效果的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了探讨γ射线辐照对于水溶液中赭曲霉毒素A的降解效果,采用60Coγ射线辐照水溶液中的赭曲霉毒素A。用赭曲霉毒素A标准溶液确定高效液相色谱检测技术的线性关系和检出限,然后基于高效液相色谱检测技术研究辐照对水溶液中赭曲霉毒素A的降解效果。结果显示,水溶液中赭曲霉毒素A的降解率随着辐照剂量的增加而增加;在4 kGy的辐照剂量下,赭曲霉毒素A的降解率可达90%,此后降解率的增长随着辐照剂量的增加而趋于缓慢;且水溶液中赭曲霉毒素A浓度越低,降解率越高。γ射线辐照对水溶液中的赭曲霉毒素A具有良好的降解效果。 Ochratoxin A in aqueous solution was irradiated by 6↑Co γ-rays to evaluate the irradiation degradation effects. The standard aqueous solution of Ochratoxin A was applied to determine the linear relationship and detection limit of HPLC, which was used to investigate the effects of absorbed doses on the degradation of Ochratoxin A in aqueous solution. The results show that the degradation rate of Ochratoxin A in aqueous solution increases with the absorbed dose in certain range, and reaches the maximum, 90%, at 4 kGy, and then it tends to be stable. What's more, the degradation rate is higher with lower concentration of Ochratoxin A in aqueous solution. As a result, 6↑Co γ-rays have good effect on the degradation of Ochratoxin A in aqueous solution with lower absorbed dose.
