摘要
本文采用溶液混合、超声波分散的方法,制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、MWNTs/超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)两种复合材料,并对其进行50、150、300 kGy的60Coγ射线辐照,研究了MWNTs/PE复合材料的辐射交联对电性能的影响。结果表明MWNTs/PE复合材料经过辐射交联后,室温体积电阻率增加,正温度系数(PTC)强度增加;在小于300 kGy的吸收剂量下,MWNTs/UHMWPE复合材料的负温度系数(NTC)效应得到消除;9%S.MWNTs-60100/UHMWPE复合材料最佳吸收剂量为150 kGy。
MWNTs/HDPE composites and MWNTs/UHMWPE composites were prepared by solution blending and ultrasonic dispersion. The composites were irradiated by 60↑Coγ-rays with absorbed dose of 50, 150 or 300 kGy respectively and the effects of radiation cross linking on electrical properties of composites were investigated. The result showed that radiation could increase the volume resistivity of composites at room temperature and both of the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) intensity and the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect of MWNTs/HDPE composite could be eliminated when the absorbed dose was 300 kGy. The optimum absorbed dose for 9% S.MWNTs-60100/UHMWPE composite was 150 kGy.
