摘要
目的:探索医院中药汤剂煎煮与配制新方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以银翘散煎煮液中绿原酸等5个成分含量为指标,通过正交试验设计优化汤剂煎煮方法;采用目测法,以阿胶、川贝母在汤剂中的稳定性为指标,考察烊化和冲服中药的配制方法。结果:银翘散煎煮以中药饮片粉碎为最粗粉,浸泡15min,121℃加压煎煮20min为佳;阿胶、川贝母与汤液的配制可一次成型。结论:该方法操作简易,质量稳定,使用方便,可作为医院汤剂煎煮与配制的参考。
OBJECTIVE To explore new herbal decocting and preparative methods for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital. METHODS By using HPLC the contents of 5 components of Yin Qiao San (e. g. chlorogenic acid) were determined through different decocting methods, applying the orthogonal test the optimal decocting methods were selected; and using visual observation the stabilization of herbal decoctions with E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini) and Chuan Bei Mu (Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae) as reference herbs the new preparative methods for dissolving as well as pulverizing herbal materials were designed. RESULTS Optimal decocting method-15 min soaking with prime particles size followed by pressurized boiling 20 min at 121 ℃ ; E Jiao and Chuan Bei Mu can be prepared in decoctions once at a time. CONCLUSION The above methods are simple, stable and convenient, and can be used as reference for the preparation of decoction in hospital.
