摘要
采用气相色谱法、DB-624毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器检测器,以邻二氯苯为内标物,对邻羟基苯甲腈进行定量测定,方法简便、快速、准确、适用。测得该方法线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.02%～0.09%,变异系数为0.03%～0.10%,回收率为98.2%～101.8%。
This article described a method for quantitative analysis of 2-Hydroxybenzonitrile by Gas Chromatography with DB-624 capillary column, FID detector and o-dichlorobenzene as inemat. The standard deviation of the method were between 0. 02 %and 0. 09%, the coefficient of variation were between O. 03% and 0. 10%, the recoveries were between 98. 2% and 10L 8% and its linear correlation coefficient is 1. 0000.
