摘要
根据腐蚀类型和腐蚀控制原则,并结合多年"三防"防护实际经验,列出一些军用方舱有关金属防腐(对军用方舱而言,重点评价"三防"指标)常用结构设计要求及适用设计形式。指出结构设计关键是把"三防设计"贯彻到产品设计中,而不是在产品完成后。不重视"三防设计",单纯强调"工艺防护",必然是先天不足,后患无穷。
Based on years of proven experiences on ＂prevention of Mould, Salt fog, Hot＆humid（abbr. 3-prevention）＂, this article lists rome common design requirements and appropriate design forms on anticorrosion metal structures of military shelters（Focusing on the ＂3-prevention＂ specifications on military shelter）in accordance with the corrosion type and control principle. It al~ stresses that the ＂3-prevention design＂should be carried out throughout the whole product structure design process, but should not be done only after the production. It would result in ~rious congeni- tal deficiencies and future troubles of the product if only pay more attention to the technics protection but not to the ＂3-prevention＂.
