摘要
选取合适的热源模型、热边界条件和放电通道半径公式等,建立了煤油介质中电火花表面强化的热传导模型。在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元分析系统,模拟了煤油介质中电火花表面强化的单脉冲瞬态温度场,研究了电流增大对温度场的影响,并对单脉冲条件下的工具电极和工件在不同峰值电流下的温度场进行数值模拟,预测了电火花表面强化的工艺参数。
By selecting proper heat-source model and the thermal boundary condition and diameter of discharge channel,a heat conduction model of EDM surface modification in Kerosene was built,based on which the transient thermal field of single pulse was analyzed.The thermal field of tool electrode and workpiece was analyzed with different currents under single pulse and the processing parameters were predicted with FEM method and ABAQUS software.
