摘要
为探讨在不使用抗生素的表面麻醉的条件下行手术一次性切开治疗肛周脓肿的安全性和疗效，对82例肛周脓肿在利多卡因表面麻醉下行手术一次性切开，术后不使用抗生素治疗。结果显示，82例均一次性治愈，无局部及全身感染症状，无并发症。结果表明，不使用抗生素的表面麻醉手术一次性治疗肛周脓肿，简单、安全、疗效确切，无并发症。适用于单纯表浅的肛周脓肿。
For the objective of exploring the safety and curative effect of surface anesthesia with Lidocaine, primary incision and no perioperative using antibiotics,82 patients with perianal abscess were subjected to this therapy. As results,all the 82 patients got cured primarily without local or systemic infection,without complications. It is concluded that this therapy is simpler, safer in manipulation and is better in therapeutic efficacy,no complications and feasible in the treatment of superficial perianal abscess.
