摘要
目的强调外科手术在小儿体表淋巴结核综合治疗中的重要性。方法对外科手术后45例小儿体表淋巴结核进行回顾性分析。结果Ⅰ期愈合34例,Ⅱ期愈合11例,随访0.3~2年无复发。结论外科手术对小儿体表淋巴结核具有疗效确切,切口愈合时间短,治愈率高,并发症少,避免长期抗结核所致副作用等优点,值得推广。
Objective To emphasize that the surgical operation synthesizes the importance of the surface lymphoid tuberculosis in children.Method Analysis the 45 patients after surgical procedures for children with the surface lymphoid tuberculosis.Result The period of Ⅰ cure more 34 example,the period of Ⅱ cure more 11 example,with visit 0.3~2 years have no relapse.Conclusion The surgical operation has the curative effect to the surface lymphoid tuberculosis patients,pain and sufferings is little,cure time more short,the cure rate and few complications to avoid side effects caused by long-term advantages such as tuberculosis.There are practical worth promoting the treatment.
