摘要
目的了解综合性医院住院病房中老年肺结核的临床特点。方法对我院呼吸科和老年科病房2007年1月~2010年1月住院的33例老年肺结核临床资料进行分析。结果老年肺结核患者基础疾病多,临床症状不典型,容易误诊。结论近年来老年肺结核发病率高,临床症状不典型,误诊率高,应给予及早诊断和治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of elderly pulmonary tubeculosis patients.in General hospital Methods The clinical data of 33 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively reviewed during the period of Jannary 2007 to Jannary 2010.Results the elder had shown more atypical clinical symptoms,and more complications.Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients is high with atypical clinical manifestations and has a high misdiagnosis rate.An early diagnosis and for these patients should be given as soon as possible.
