摘要
安徽省农村水利实用人才严重不足，已远远不能满足农村水利事业发展的需要。该文阐述了安徽省农村水利实用人才现状、存在问题，并提出了改善对策，为加强安徽水利人才队伍建设提供智力支持。
Based on the existing serious shortage of rural water conservation serviceable talents in Anhui province,and the talents could not meet the needs of the development of rural water conservancy. In this paper, the actual state and existing problems of rural water conservation serviceable talents were illustrated, and the improvement countermeasures were proposed, and put forward in order to provide intellectual support for improving water conservation talent team construction in Anhui province.
