摘要
埃及吹绵蚧是一种在热带、亚热带地区广泛分布的园林植物害虫，近年来在广州地区的发生和危害程度呈上升态势。广州地区埃及吹绵蚧的寄主种类有22科34属45种植物，其中木兰科的多种植物受害极其严重，显示出埃及吹绵蚧在寄主选择中存在着明显的偏好性。
Ieerya aegyptiaca was regarded as an important pest for ornamental plants in sub - tropical and tropical zone in the world and becoming serious in recent years in Guangzhou area. The host plants and damage extent were investigated in Guan- gzhou and 22 family,34 genera and 45 species plants were included in total. It found that some species from Magnoliaceae were especially heavy damage by Icerya aegyptiaca, which implied that they might have obvious preference on selection of host plants.
