摘要
在分析平行分度凸轮机构特点的基础上,提出了基于多体系统动力学的动力学建模方法。利用ADAMS、Pro/E、ANSYS三种平台联合建立了平行分度凸轮机构的刚柔耦合的动力学模型。对模型进行了仿真研究,根据仿真分析的结果得出,工程中广泛应用的变余弦运动规律不适合高速、重载、精密传动的间歇机构。详细说明了负载、转速、动程角对系统输出响应的影响。
Dynamic modelling method of parallel indexing cam mechanism is presented based on multi-body system dynamics according to the analysis of mechanism feature.Rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model is established by means of ADAMS,Pro/E and ANSYS.Dynamic simulation is carried out,and according to the analysis result of simulation,the conclusion that cosine motion commonly used in engineering is unfit for using in high speed,heavy load and precision transmission cases is got.The effects of load inertia,input speed,and stroke angle on system output response are detailedly illustrated.
