摘要
齿形优化能够在很大程度上提高齿轮强度、改善啮合质量。但是齿形优化是一个比较复杂的过程,需要有经验的设计者进行大量计算。随着各种齿轮设计软件的兴起,尝试用一种新的齿形优化方法——配合使用Romax和Kisssoft两种专业齿轮设计软件,发挥Kisssoft长于优化参数的自动生成,而Romax出色的载荷分布分析功能,最终实现齿形优化设计。
By tooth profile optimization,tooth strength and the meshing quality can be improved.However,tooth profile optimization process is complex,and it needs a experienced designer to carry out a lot calculation.Now with variety of gear design software,a new method of tooth profile optimization cooperatively using Romax and Kisssoft professional gear design software(Kisssoft could output the modification factors automaticly,while Romax has excellent function of analysing gear load distribution) is attempted.
