摘要
基坑开挖引起的近邻建筑物沉降变形是多种因素耦合作用的结果,现有的计算理论很难考虑这种多因素的耦合作用。针对这一问题,采用大型工程软件ADINA对锚杆支护形式下基坑开挖引起的近邻建筑物沉降问题进行了数值模拟分析,得出了一些基本结论:建筑物的沉降在宽度方向变化显著,在长度和高度方向变化不明显;建筑物的水平位移在高度方向变化显著,在长度和宽度方向变化不明显,基础埋得越深对沉降的影响越小,在开挖到基础标高之前,建筑物沉降不大,当开挖到标高以后,沉降发展很快,因此在实际施工时,基础标高以上可以加快开挖速度,标高以下需要放慢开挖速度。对于结构设计而言,应该在基础以下进行加固处理,以减小由基底附加应力产生的较大沉降。
The sedimentatiaon deformation of nearby buildings due to excavation of foudation pit occurs as the result of coupling action of some effects.The difficulty in applying the current computational theory to handling the coupling action of some effects led the attempt to apply large-scale engineering software ADINA to numerical analysis of the sedimentation deformation of nearby building created by excavation of foundation pit under the support from of anchr..Through studying find that the changes of building settlement are notable in width direction,but they are not notable in length direction and in altitude direction;the changes of building horizontal displacement are notable in altitude direction,but they are not notable in length direction and in width direction 。 Based on the more deeply buried in the smaller settlement, The excavation of the foundation elevation,buildings settlement little elevation when excavation of the future,the settlement developed rapidly,Therefore, the actual construction,on the basis of elevation above can accelerate the speed of excavation, the elevation of the need to slow down the speed excavation. For structural design, the basis of the following should reinforce,to reduce the additional stress from the basement of the larger settlement.
