摘要
针对模拟器数据采集的复杂性,提出并设计了一种以太网分布式的数据采集控制系统;在该系统中,通过RCM5700微处理器模块并结合适当的处理芯片实现了A/D转换、422通信、以太网通信;利用结构简单的以太网作为数据采集模块数据传输部分。通过介绍RCM5700的特点,阐述了采集模块的组成结构与软硬件设计。该数据采集模块目前已运用于模拟器系统的数据采集,运行效果良好,证明了设计方案的合理性。
With respect to the requirement of simulator, a new design of data acquisition system on Ethernet based on RCM5700 was presented in this paper, which was comprised of MCU, A/D conversion module, 422 communication module, Ethernet communication module. This system fully utilizes high bandwidth, high scalability, simply structure, low-cost feathers of Ethernet. The characteristic of RCM5700, the scheme of system structure, software and hardware were described in detail. This instrument is now used for data acquisition of simulator successfully; the rationality of the method has been proved.
