摘要
本研究设计了基于运动协调的智能化下肢康复训练系统,主要针对平衡功能兼有运动协调障碍患者。系统由训练床,踏板组件,手动控制装置,主控计算机以及相应训练软件等组成。系统能实现患者调节下肢用力与手控制训练相结合,实现上肢、下肢动作与目测的信息的匹配。达到促进患者平衡功能和协调康复训练的目的。系统设置视觉、听觉反馈,通过调节训练速度以及训练难度,增加了训练的趣味性,具有重要的临床应用价值。
In this paper, a system was designed that based on the coordination training function of the rehabilitation training system for the balance function in patients with both coordination disorder. The System consists of training in bed, pedal components, manual control device, the host computer and the corresponding training software etc. The patients can adjust in with leg force and control movement and visual information in matching to achieve the promotion and coordination of balance function in patients with the purpose of rehabilitation. System Sets visual, auditory feedback. The training difficulty by adjusting the training speed. Clinical show that patients with coordination and balance ability have greatly improved, the method has important clinical value.
